The eyes are a touch off but otherwise it's pretty good.
The snow is good definitely my favorite part.

My tip.
Use washes... They will incredibly enhance the appearance of your miniatures and add depth to them.

It's really easy and takes only little time.
Do it.

I really liked this, was a good touch adding the snow, the cape looks fantastic! The only suggestion I have is work a bit on the eyes, what did you use for the snow?

Agree on the washes. If you dip the guys in the first pic in some badab black they will look like they're straight out of the codex painting pages.

Tip for your eyes, try a really concentrated wash of badab black in the sockets, it'll give them a bit of depth and appear hooded and in shadow as if they're scowling at the enemy, and then you don't need to try and paint those fiddly little puils, I leave my eye areas dark to give the impression and they look o.k

I like the snow on their shoulders. It really works with this army. On that note, though, in the fourth picture down, the terminator to the Wolf Lord's left needs a tiny bit of work to his snow. It is a little too even and a little too thin, and kind of looks more like mold.

Speaking of the Wolf Lord, that cloak is dynamite! Did you do that yourself, or was that in the kit? Seriously, you have a good grasp of how to do fur.

Use washes, and are they statues? They are standing still for a long time if snow sticks like that. I don't really like it.

Although you got the basic colours down, you could get a big advantage with just washes and edging.

And if you just started out, the snow is pretty creative, but not that realistic. And the red lightning claws are alright as well.

Well done man good stuff !
The snow does not look bad at all in my opinion, If you walk around in the snow for long enough im sure it would gather on that buly terminator aroumr.
I can also vouch for the black wash on the eyes if you feel your not too good at them, I myself am rubbish at eyes and for me it worked wonders.

Good try and love the snow! Maybe washes for depth and some armour/face highlights for slight contrast. Good stuff!

Ok i have to ask am i the only one that looked at that 2nd picture down and thought the wolf thunder hammer was a wolf clinging to him? As far as the models go just like everyone else said the wash on the eyes and everything else looks great.

Try painting the sides of your bases dark brown; it's quite off-putting having them just black with bits of snow stuck there.

Agree with everyone else about the washes..... i would also try to put a few more layers of paint over the armour (watering it down first ofc) to build up a more solid covering before you put the wash on. It might seem tedious and time-consuming, but you can see in the last pic how blotchy the colour looks on the back of the legs. covering the area with a few more layers will give you a really good light/dark contrast once you put a wash over the top

Yea one of the legs of the wolf comes down on his chest. And th cloak itself comes in the Space Wolf Terminator squad. This was the first squad ive finished. I've done two other Grey Hunters but i haven't tried to do detail like this before. And it was the first with the snow to.
