My Stepdaughter is a total WWII Dust Tactics fanatic. We played a brutal 200 point throw down in our game room recently.
This was the board set up, Mission 5: They're Here! From the Operation Cyclone expansion. note the surfaced submarine -- too cool.
Also note: Only one of my walkers in painted in this report; the rest come in the box this way.
The US suffer a bit of a tactical disadvantage as she wisely deploys all around the vicinity. The US disembark within the submarine elevator shafts, but troops get pressed in and slowed by overly cautious Robots.
the US suffer losses as they encounter but hold off massive German walkers. With Bazooka shots straying wide and Ludwig auto repair systems in place, the Axis advantage begins to take effect however. Note Grenadiers armed with both Panzershrek and Panzerfaust weaponry, making them a viable and well rounded attack force. Rapid advance from US BBQ squads begin to threaten the key elevator shaft that at the tip of the sub that is required to secure for Victory, however. Despite killing more of my troops, my opponent begins to worry.

With several paths cleared the German troops exit the Sub and blitz toward the objective, securing a victory for my Step Daughter and my revenge the next game. One error in US squad movement afforded German infantry suddenly securing the objective square before the game turns ended.
Dust tactics is fast, balanced and furious. Forgiving of poor generalship? No!
