Hey matey,
Nice looking list, if you're just starting out I wouldn't recommend you jump straight into 300point battles.
As for feedback on your list, (this is my opinion if I were your opponent);
Since Infinity aims towards making a ruse (For example, not showing your opponent your list, keeping your LT hidden, keeping any Air Drop or TO Camo units off the board completely until they come in) - I'd Instantly have a pretty good idea who your Lieutenant is, and that's a bad thing. Since my first turn I'd pretty much aim to take him out straight off the bat.
It'd be best to use a Lieutenant that you have multiple models of like one of your Keisotsu, then they can lead the army alongside being much less of a target than Guijia. Having a TAG as your leader would be a double-whammy if he died in the opening turns because TAG's are high up on target priority. Loose your LT early, and you may see your guys running away like sissy girls!
Secondly, you're missing a Medic/Doctor - They can be quite vital in Infinity. All your models have the option then of being brought back to life, as long as the enemy doesn't land a killing blow up close. If you're clever and move a number of guys up with your medic behind, if they get hit you can usually recover them.
Lastly, my personal preference is against Missile Launchers. Since every gun can kill every unit in Infinity, I'd recommend taking a HMG with your Hac Tao. You can then deploy him on the table anywhere (Almost) in complete concealment, then pop out with 5 shots of epic shooty death. Which can be quite nasty!
Hope this helps matey!
