Hi guys,

Thought it was about time to share my ramblings and pictures of my Sisters army that I've recently started! Camera is my Samsung Galaxy S phone so I apologise for lack of quality. The camera really makes bumps and such stand out. They look much smoother in the flesh!

I'll just put up a few pictures to start with:

These are the first few I painted up. Was going to do all the Celestians White but after doing one White I thought the whole army will be white cause I loved the look so much. Since these pictures have been taken I have spruced them up a bit with weathering powder on their cloaks. Looks brilliant :-D

Close up :-)

I love Heavy Flamers. I am still struggling with the gold detail on the robes though, can't really get it to flow well :(

My Rhino :-) Camera is a bit shaky. Used weathering powder on the tracks, looks better than I thought it would but they are a pain to use and are so messy lol

My Cannoness. Still quite a lot left to do on her. I'm going to use the lightest gold to highlight the armour. Unsure on what colour to do the fur at the top though!!! Such a pain.

Back of my Cannoness!

Hope you've enjoyed looking at these and all feedback is appreciated.

I will be adding more pictures of the Cannoness soon as she gets more attention.

Cheers
Dan!

May I make a suggestion for the fur on your Cannoness? I'm not sure of the exact recipe as I suck and color schemes unless I'm actually sitting down and painting it (I know, helpful right?), but may I suggest ending in a highlight of fortress grey, white or a mix of the two to stick to the white them you have, seeing as how she has gold armor and no white anywhere (save her hair).

Just a thought, as I do like the white and red scheme. Very sharp.

Hmm that could actually work very well.

A sharp contrast to the two warm colours (red/gold)

Also it could be "Wolf pelt" or something akin to that!

Thanks Bunny :-D
