So, I picked this up over the weekend and I'm kinda disappointed with it. I loved KZ2, but 3 is kinda meh. I blew through the campaign in one day on normal difficulty, and it was fun while it lasted but I don't see me ever wanting to play through it again. And then I blew an extra $10 to download the multiplayer maps, started playing a few games and then just shut off my PS3 out of sheer boredom. Just wasn't fun at all :( I wasn't even getting my butt kicked either, I dunno if the maps are too big or there's not enough players or both, maybe I'm just too used to black ops.. but I didn't really enjoy it at all.

So overall, my rating for the game is 3 out of 5 dakkas.

Anyone wanna buy it off me?

I agree on the campaign. Too short.

However, I did love the multiplayer. Not many games in my opinion do machineguns well, and I feel that the LSA MG was close to perfect (Homefront, though shorter and worse did MGs well also). I did feel the multiplayer had some balance issues though, such as cloaked snipers with the silenced SMG (never leaving cloak) and the annoying as hell infiltrators.

Are the infiltrators the guys that disguise themselves as your team? there were tons of them, I just made it a habit to shoot everyone now. If they're on my team they don't get hurt, if they're not, they die.

Gathering the Informations.

Infiltrators are actually relatively easy to 'spot'. Their disguise will kind of 'waver' as they get closer and closer to you, with the nameplate going fuzzier and fuzzier as they do the same.

True, but I just have too many memories of being constantly knifed by people on my team.

I also have to say, coming from TF2, that Killzones Engineer class is pretty much independant of the turret (plus the turret isn't too good). It was a shock playing as an engineer not to defend, but to attack.

One thing I just remembered, the jetpack suits. They were so incredibly fun in multiplayer.

I'll agree with the campaign, especially the ending. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the story, but I thought the KZ2 campaign was totally better. I loved the online for KZ3 A LOT more than the online for KZ2...The biggest disappointment to me were Jet Packs...I couldn't get past the controls

Over all, I loved the game, but I don't think it was any better than KZ2

half.com rocks It's ebay, but the items you list are there forever, and the feedback counts toward your ebay ratings too. I've been using it to sell DVDs and CDs for ages.

So I decided to keep it and tell the guy that bought it that I listed it by accident actually liking the multiplayer a lot more now that I got used to it, I guess the first few games I got in were just sucky and didn't have a lot of people in them. I think I like melee the best, it's always fun to stab people in the eye. But I think my favorite part is that I can mute everyone. I hate when people talk, and cough, and sneeze, and blast their music, and yell at their moms and little brothers for making them die.

I would totally agree with that. I really online was such an improvement from KZ2...plus, getting to customize your weapons was fun
