Soooo... I have custom SM&CSM chapter called Blood Swords (still thinking name) and I use CSM and SM units in my army (mainly SM) and here is one of my CSM HQ&Vet&Sgt model.
I need some tips how to improve my painting, if there is improving and of course, just wanted to share

This isn't bad. I like the shading of the blood effect. Your metallics however, come off just a touch pasty. I don't know if you use Citadel paints (they can get that way) or some other brand, but when doing metallics over large areas rather than for detail work, I usually paint a solid color for the main area, and just drybrush it metallic (which is enough to get that vaguely metallic sheen). Other than that, this is a great model. The face especially is nice, and a part of models many folks have trouble with.

The silver on the model looks thick and slightly gobbed on. As stated above, I would use a Adeptus Battlegrey as a base. Then to get a shading effect you would need to do a Drybrushing of codex on the High points of the Armor. THEN go in and Drybrush your Metalics over the grey. Following these steps should give you a nice and even transtion on the metal. Then of course you would want to wash it with Badab Black to tone it down.

Thanks for tips and positive comments! I think that those gobbed parts are because of the model or because its earlier owner did some horrible things to it, but I try. And yes, I use Citadel paints. I maby post new version in this thread or in my army all over view.

I just found anwer to those gobbled parts, bad camera! I took those picks with my tfone and its nokia! Two reasons why metal looks bad! =D

The silver looks a little flat... you may want to add some highlights or something to make the piece have more depth.

I used chainmail as hilight but I think that mithril silver would be better.
