I am fairly new to the whole Games Workshop world, but I have been a nerd long enough to be able sense that there is a disturbance in the force and a change is coming. It seems that with all the new 40k codex releases, and warhammer fantasy army books that the name of the game is options. Tomb kings had almost no options before and now they are bursting at the seems with them, same with the Grey knights. Haven't had allot of experience with the dark eldar but it also looks like they have options out the yin yang. Now I am no expert but as far as I can see the codex that has the least amount of options out to date is the Necron, and boy would I love to see some options especially in the area of troops, or hey maybe make some rules that make my models worth taking(wraiths come to mind, and flayed ones aren't entirely awesome either, a power weapon seems appropriate for an elite choice). I would love to see maybe just some new models at that, like Pariahs, Wraiths, immortals, flayed ones, tomb spyders when the very few options you have all metal makes life miserable. There are also the subtle hints out there that the next release will be necron, one being the Necron Tomb stalker released by Forge world with the experimental rules you can download, another and I think the biggest that something for the necron is on the horizon is the fact that on the GW web site Wraiths, Pariahs, and immortals are unavailable, i even called and the representatives said they wouldn’t lie to me, but couldn’t give me any info on those models.......makes me quiver with excitement

I agree I believe necrons are next. This all happened with the DE before, but just becasue something needs an upgrade doesn't mean it will. (DE waited 11 long years)

Just as an extra note try and break up some of the lines as I went cross-eyed several times and that will make it easier to read.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

This is neither news nor rumors. There are already multiple threads on necron speculation.

To quote the Channel 4 show, Peep Show: "I'm cancelling out of shame, like my subscription to White Dwarf"
