Even though it smoking hot outside, it's time to think of cooler temperatures and shorter nights, and all our sweet August Events! Checkout all the buzz below (standard disclaimer of cut and paste is my enemy applies).




August Activities




August Paint a Thon- Pickup any single model or squad in August from FTW, (Privateer, 40k or Fantasy) paint it up and bring them by Saturday August 20th at 4pm for Judging. We'll decided the best single, and squad and awards will be given based on participation (monsters are considered singles for this event, with weight judging being give to their bigness)!




The Great Trade- We'll be accepting trade ins on merchandise you may have luring in your closet. Bring up your current sealed in box new condition GW or Privateer product, and we'll give you 50% of retail in store credit (which is better than selling online after fees). We're looking for most in print items, but of course there may be stuff we don't need, so please keep an open mind here. I just took a huge trade in today and someone got several hundred in new FTW Credits.




40k Free Founding- We're running another 40k Free founding this month as well. Buy any standard troop choice and/or their transport, assemble and paint them, and get them in the Vodka Classic for FREE points. This contest is open all August long! So fall in soldier and call up your reserves!




Hobby Night- We're carrying on Hobby night from July. Come down hang out and get your hobby on Tuesday nights at FTW Games. Get tips from the "pros" or just do your own thing. Everyone is welcome!
