On the battlefield, in that dark corner you forgot to check.

Hey all - as one who's taking his first steps towards assembling a force in the hopes of pitting it against other local gamers at some point, I thought I would check here and see what sort of experiences people are having around here so that I can get a sense of where I'm headed (rather literally).

I'd imagine that a FLGS would be a good place to poke around; I'm roughly the same travel time from the two GWS stores as well as Warp 1 and Warp 3, all of which I gather host games on a regular basis, so I'd be especially curious what sorts of experiences people have had at those locations.

Of course, other suggestions are welcome; just don't expect me (personally) to be able to put up a fight any time soon.
