Well I know this isn't specifically a wargamming model, but Its my first attempt at source lighting and would like some feedback as its still a wip. Also forgive the lighting it was on my camera phone right before I came into work.

The pic is a little blurry, but the source lighting is nice. I like how you picked colors that would work with the light effects.

You did a great job, the only thing I can say is that I think you could even go brighter with the glow if you wanted.

Picture doesn't do it justice... looks pretty darn nice though.

Thanks I will try and get some better pics when i get home from work, but I attended an OSL class at gencon and am really excited about trying this technique more. I'm now looking at every model I have saying how can I try to make you glow.

I'd love to see better pics of this or subsequent attempts. You definitely seem to be on the right track.

I was expecting to come in here and add a few pointers..but no, you've nailed it. Effective use of choosing a good contrasting blue to the flames.

Pretty cool. I'm not a huge fan of OSL personally but this looks good. As others have mentioned it's a good use of colour choosing the Blue to go with the Orange.....
