hey guys, not much experience in painting but i was just hoping some of you guys could give me some constructive critism so when i start painting the rest of the unit hopefully i can paint them better. Front and back view images are below ;D

I would try to thin your paints a little(water is fine).A couple of washes namely on the face and red jumper? will definately help.To be fair the hair looks pretty good imo.I hope that helps mate.

Looks pretty good. As a personal note i would use a different skin tone but it's more a question of preference than an issue with the painting..
