Heya, I made a thread like this a couple years ago, but I'm putting out a new one now. I've been playing 40k in Boston for the three years I've lived here, and I'm looking to get some more opponents! I usually play at the Compleat Strategist, on 957 Commonwealth Avenue. It's the Pleasant Street T stop on the Green B Line. It's a small store, and there's room in the back for 2 average sized games of 40k. There's a bunch of foamcore terrain I donated and the staff are super cool and will often give discounts if you make big purchases or use cash. However, I have a 9-6 job and don't get back home til about 7pm most days. Unfortunately, the store closes at 6-8pm, depending on the day. On the bright side, I'm moving to Brighton/Oak Square (right on the 57 bus line) and will be able to host games at my new apartment on my gameboard. I've got no qualms about playing 40k from 7 til midnight on a weeknight if you're willing to hoof it out here! My weekends are often taken up with my girlfriend and whatnot, but if I'm free for the weekend I'd be happy to play a game at the Compleat Strategist!
