I downloaded LH and I have not been able to access it. No notice of level cap, no notice of radio transmission. Anyone else having problems with this or know how to fix it?

From my experience with NV DLC, they don't activate immediately. Just walk around and fight some stuff for a while and it should activate.

Crazy thing is I put in around 5 to 6 hours of misc. stuff around the desert. Still nothing.

I called Bethesda to see if they had any ideas. The guy didn't want to give away any spoilers, so he said I needed to advance the story line more.

On the funny side, I found Northern Passage. I found it w/ the boulders covering the entrance at night. The next morning, I walked back to the entrance, it was clear. Went inside and walked down the passage to the other side and it took me back to the entrance. Ugh. Any ideas?
