Hello all, I just had a few ideas and wanted to know if anyone has tried any of them?

The metal Plasma gun wielding biker torso would be an interesting way to model the plasma guns for your normal marines, do a bit of filing to make sure he has the right posture and connect them to some plastic legs and voila you got a great little conversion. . . You could do the same with the flamers, power swords, or even the power sword?

Making a small leather bag shaped like a flat cone and using a chaos marines plasma gun attach that to the side of a biker and suddenly you got a great little conversion. . . maybe even try to model his arm like he is reaching down to draw it out. . .

Widening the slot for the twin linked bolters and attaching the plasma gun to the bike, or cutting it down and attaching it to the front of the bike perhaps like an over under arrangement with the headlight?

A friend of mine did both of those conversions for his dark angels. They came out really nice - however, the models are now somewhere in central mexico, and I can't get to them. The plasma gunner had a bolt pistol in his left hand, which he was aiming, and the plasma gun was in the right hand as the torso has. The sergeant with sword was modeled as yelling and waving his sword about - the legs were pretty much just standing.

Of course, the same guy made a techmarine biker in that conversion batch, which was pretty cool too.

I have the plasma gunner torso on one of my Red Corsairs... no pics at the moment, but yeah, it works fine.
