Okay, first pics are here!
Techmarine Dreadnought (rules in progress) #1 with servo arm, hurricane bolter and seismic hammer!
This is the freehand, my first ever attempt which I feel turned out fairly well with tips (none of the painting, i am proud to say!) from my local
GW!
These are the multiple parts, the body does come of the legs (it's pinned) but that was mainly for ease of painting!
Now, Techmarine Dreadnought #2, armed with conversion beamer! (used as twin linked lascannon and missile launcher in normal games) This was made out of a normal dreadnought and some of the
CoD kits, which required a lot of cutting with not many tools! D:
That was slightly out of focus, sorry!

Now a side-shot for converty-bits!
And the back, a bit out of focus again sorry but this shows the other
CoD parts, and a little basic green stuff-ing!
Now for the storm-copter as it has been dubbed! Made this for my local store's birthday scrap demon competition and claimed first prize!

unfortunately the rotor blades don't rotate, but it looks good!
I've mounted the assault cannon on the underside (chin-mounted) as it is more practical for the gunner (who uses a screen inside the vehicle to aim

) and just not assembled the wings or engines, and covered up any parts with ridges to help you glue etc with bits! (seismic hammer where the wings slot on and part of a razorback roof over where the air intake slots on!

The blades and additions to the tail (the latter just look cool

) are from a toy helicopter!
There are also some extra thingys that make it look more techy and iron hands-y! The base is just sanded (I plan on removing the basing from the dreadnoughts to fit with this style as the dreadnought style of mixing glue with modelling snow is inconsistent at getting the correct consistency and you can only tell once it has dried!

) with bits from the 'leg' of the skyshield landing pad and aegis defence line, I believe (I can never tell exactly where the stuff from my bits box comes from! :L )
That's it so far, and sorry for no
WIP pics of the dreads! C + C most welcome, enjoy!
