Hey all,

Today I ordered a set of Flesh Tearer Shoulder pads however I no longer require them. Is there any way to cancel my order and, hopefully, get my money back?
I ordered them at about 5ish today, and asked to be delivered at the shop. I have never ordered online before so any help would be much appreciated, many thanks.

Call whoever you ordered from, or send them an email (a call would be better, since it's quicker and more personal).

I've done this before, unfortunately. The idea is to profusely apologize - after all, you may be causing a bit of a ruckus in either their packaging or shipping departments.

If it's too late to cancel the order, you can always ask if you can return them for a refund, or perhaps exchange them for another, needed item.

If they are being delivered to a store there is less problem with returning via post presumably? Not sure how GW distribute to the stores.

If it's with GW, you should be ok. The one thing that GW does right (mostly) is their customer service.
