ok first i am not trying to get you to buy programs like excel this is just how i make my armylist.
note: this is really easy to use and make.
you can use any program that uses a spreadsheet (excel, microsoft works speadsheet, etc.)

but let me get to it
(i will use excel for this tutorial though)
first open your speadsheet program

the take the first collum and make double the size.

then keep the second one (B) the same size and then make C (the third one) double the size too

then highlight the three rows all the way till it fills up one page

then add a table with an inside and outline and label the three collums as shown

when you multiply the quantity by how many points cost
(put this in the the c cell) so here is the formula
excel example: =product(b3,16)
works spreadsheet: =(b3*16)

when you put your unit in bold it
and then upgrade is put in regular

after you finished all your units
bold and underline the bottom like so
and to get your final sum of your points click on the next cell down and and then click auto sum the symbol is like a side ways M with the top of it pointing left

92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you are part of the 8% who still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature..

I've been doing this for awhile. Works great. I love how it does the math for you.

I use battlecribe for army lists, and before that I made my own spreadsheet. But well done for the effort.
