This is my local club and I thought I'd spread the word. We just recently moved into at the All Saints Community Association near Tyne Dock Metro and are very eager to take on new members. There are currently around twenty-thirty of us who are regulars and we play a variety of differant games at any one time. These include warhammer, 40k, RPG's, card games and all kinds of other systems. We have a stock of scenary and tables for wargames; which we hope to expand in the future so you could just come in and have a game of 40k if you wanted.

Interested? We're on a Sunday, 3.00pm-9.00pm at the All Saints Community Association

Address Stanley St, South Shields , NE34 0BX, Tel: 0191 4561185 (the Association, not the club itself). Just put this post code into http://maps.google.co.uk/ for directions.

Yearly membership is £4.00 to register and it costs £2.00 a week. You don't have to become a member for around two weeks, so if you decide you don't like it and stop coming; then you're under no obligation to become a member.

Note: if you do show up, you'll have to knock on the door and wait a few minutes to be let in. Its an annoying system, but we're obliged to keep the door shut and I've been stood outside myself a few times. If you arrive at three there should be others entering the club and somebody will probably see you outside anyway. But we're definetly in. Once you're in, just say that you want to join and that should be that.

If you have any questions just message me on my account here on Dakka.
Iam not on the clubs 'council' but Iam simply a member putting forward a friendly suggestion to anyone interested.
