Generally if someone creates a emORKticon and it's decent Lego will add it. We don't have a graphic designer on call to do this, everything has been community made.

This would basically just be taking a single frame from the crying Orkmoticon where a tear isn't rolling down his cheek.
But what's the point ultimately? An unhappy Ork is fundamentally the same as a crying Ork. Exactly what situations would the crying orkmoticon not serve to illustrate your purpose of being unhappy?

For me it is mostly to complete the set really, it just annoys me there is no Orkmoticon for the :( character combination.
For that matter we don't have a :O either.
