Hello all, been here a little while now but haven't posted much, put a bunch of stuff in the gallery after checking out the articles on how to not fail at photography, and i'm really enjoying my time here. I've been playing 40k since the tender age of 11 (my dad wouldn't let me get anything til then cos the box said 11+)
I have an army for everything in 40k besides necrons and dark eldar, although my main focus has always been on Eldar and Chaos (renegades, space marines, traitor guard... i've got a whole bunch) More recently, after reading the Eisenhorn and Ravenor novels i got into the forces of the Inquisition, which soon spread to being a guard army and a space marine army too.

While i've always been interested in WHFB, and had picked up a few models over the years, i only started collecting and playing in 2009, my first army being Beasts of Chaos. I was a bit unlucky in that they changed the book fairly soon after i got my copy and my idea for an army of Tzeentchian minotaurs and Doombull-wizards was defunct, but i carried on with the updated Beastmen and soon found myself collecting Daemons and more recently, Warriors too.

I am a fiend for conversion and customization, i don't think theres a single unit in any of my armies that hasn't had some degree of conversion work done to it, and with the exception of my Thousand Sons, i don't have any army based on an out of the book faction.

I've recently started a blog to document my hobby activity, i'd be grateful for any readers/feedback, link is in my signature, or if anyone has one of their own to share i'm always interested in seeing cool stuff.

Alass, GW nerfed the beastmen by not letting them take marks of chaos... Mark of tzeentch used to turn every character into a wizard. but it was totally over powered...

Now i just steam roller over everything with chariots XD

Welcome to DakkaDakka! That's a fair effort having most of the 40k armies and then some WHFB. I must be a rebel I started when I was 9 even though it said 11+ on the box.

Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
