Anyone who plays League of Legends want to refer each other to get the rewards?

I personally want 10,000 referals to make a champion, but lets be realistic here; would settle for only 10 (Free tier 3 champion), and 200 (10,000 in game currency) would be outstanding.

I would but I can't remember how the referral process works.

Each account has a referral link which new players can use to create an account, the referral doesn't count until the new account reaches level 10.

Just looked it up and it is 5, was 10 last time I looked it up.
