Personally I would ditch the the Goblins and some (say 3 or 4) of the sheild guys for more xbows,

But these are Uraks were talking about so you cant go drastically wrong either way

The shadow lord should certainly do a good job of making sure you dont get shot up as well

You need to readjust your ratio of pikes to shields. You want to be ~2 pikes to 1 shield. You can have some spare shields to protect flanks, but pretty much just be a phalanx and you can steamroll on through.

really?through other forums I heard that essentialy shields are the way to go

You only need a thin screen of sheilds in front, enough to stop the enemy archers raking you 2 ranks of pikes behind the shields.
