It a tournament full of unpainted models and lots of win at all costs players.

It's a GW run tournament where you bring the hardest, roughest, and toughest list you can possibly make. Painting is not a requirement, and there are several rounds to determine who is the best in the nation (disclaimer!: as they bill it, not as it actually runs usually). There's a prelim, semi-final, and final round where the winners of each tournament advances to the next round. It happens once a year and has been 2500 points for 40K.
