Around 0.42 on that was when I start hearing "SILENCE THE DISCO" and get shot/clubbed.
Demon's Souls had some incredible music (though only during bosses, Flamelurker, Old One, Maiden Astrea and False King especially, the rest of the time it was silent).
Spoiler:
Dungeon Siege (the original) had amazing music, though almost anything done by Jeremy Soule is at least good. Special mention from that game would be Fort Kroth.
Spoiler:
Magicka actually has some very nice music to it. Two of my favourite tracks being At World's End and Battle of the Wizards.
Spoiler:
Total Annihilation, again, Jeremy Soule.

I don't know whether I can judge all the soundtracks to the games I've played in my life and put one above all the others, but a couple stand out as particularly good (from the top of my head):
Pretty fond of the Halo soundtracks, Space Marine has a good soundtrack, Darksiders has an excellent soundtrack, Assassin's Creed, Bulletstorm... I have a lot, I could probably go on for way too long.
Minnesota, land of 10,000 Lakes and 10,000,000,000 Mosquitos
Always enjoyed the Halo soundtracks.
Just about every Final Fantasy soundtrack is excellent (Nobuo Uematsu forever )
I'd also have to go with Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II. They released a complete soundtrack a while back with music from all three games, pretty epic listen.
My Armies:
Kal'reia Sept Tau - Farsight Sympathizers Da Great Looted Waaagh! The Court of the Wolf Lords
I really liked the Witcher 2 soundtrack, especially the fighting music, it was like heavy metal.
Its what we do best. We die standing
"The Gods of Chaos are just like real human emotions, I mean when your Khorne your angry, when your Nurgle your sick, when your Slaanesh your horney, and when your Tzeench....YOUR SHOOTING DOOMBOLTS OUT OF YOUR HANDS...
All the Halo's, particularly Reach. There's something particularly epic about playing that final part, hearing the soundtrack, and staring at those EPIC skyboxes. Read Dead's Redemption also had a decent soundtrack, the last song at the end was emotive and fitted in perfectly. Gears of War 3 has to take the cake for best use of music in a game, at least that I've played. If you've played past Act 3 Chapter 5 then you know what I mean.
The first one that popped in my mind was the soundtrack for Air Combat on PS1. Nothing but cheesey, 80's guitar. Made me feel like I was Maverick from Top Gun

Every Normal Man Must Be Tempted At Times To Spit On His Hands, Hoist That Black Flag, And Begin Slitting Throats.
It's too hard for me to narrow it down to just one. Here are a few i like:
Hitman 2 (Jesper Kyd's soundtracks in general)
Tenchu series (especially the first one)
Medal of Honor: Frontline
Donkey Kong Country 2 (all of these games had good soundtracks but I think that one's particularly good)
Total Annihilation
Super Castlevania IV
Deus Ex (the original)

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.
