if this is in the wrong forum I'll just say right now that I am sorry, but I felt like this was the best place for me to post this

now for school, I have to work on a project in order to graduate. I have to write a 4-8 page essay, participate in 20 or more hours of fieldwork within my topic, and present everything I've learned.
now I'm not asking for help on straight up cheating or anything, I'm simply asking if anybody knows some good articles on how having a hobby (such as our modeling/painting hobby we have going on here) are beneficial. simply put, my thesis is that having a hobby such as working with plastic models can help improve small motor coordination skills, improve hand-eye coordination, and maybe even brain development with little kids
(I'll admit this does sound pretty out there, but I talked to my teacher about it and he approved it)

I'm still looking for articles myself, any help would be greatly appreciated

Gone-to-ground in the craters of Coventry

There are a few threads here about modelling and gaming with disabilities.
There were lots of comments (and a few links) like you mention.

Look for a thread about Parkinson's Disease, from last month, I think.
