Looking for people or a club in Southern Utah that play mostly 40k but I do have some LotR minatures I can play with as well!

How southern of Utah are we talking about? Like southern of Salt lake city

South as in Saint George south. I used to live in SLC and played some LotR with friends there, but I don't know of anyone down here that plays either LotR or 40k. The nearest hobby shop is up in SLC or down in Vegas ;(

Worst case I'll get my AoBR box painted up and go up for a weekend and find a shop that has some games for people to learn.

Your best bet, with St. Geo being so small, is to call stores in Vegas for Saturday/weekend tourneys and boogie on out early, with a late night drive home. Only 2 hours and a 'fast' 2 hours, given I15's high speeds. So you're listening to two CDs for the drive each way ... and the Virgin R. Gorge *is* pretty.

This isn't bad. I know a guy who almost monthly would drive the 3 hours from Bakersfield, CA to my FLGS in Pasadena for its monthly RTT.

I'm in Los Angeles, but I know St. Geo & I 15. I do hope that's helpful.

Hey im in the u.s. Army and about to get out in the next couple months. Im putting together an army not sure wich codex yet but for the two, Fival and Karnage ill be moving to St. George Utah and ill keep an eye on this post. And will hit you two up when i get there. I plan on making terrain and will be building an army fast. hopefully before i get there. I had 2500 point Chaos army and a GK army about 3k so not sure who i want to get now. Im sure we can get a battle going when i get there.

I just sold my Iron Hands and Salamander chapter space marines. I am starting Space Wolves and am currently playing Orks.

They look awesome! That is an excellent job for just starting. I've been wanting to try an airbrush for some time. Are you finished with the infantry? Are you going to do a black wash over the silver?

I was going to but now the glaze is out I'll use the blue glaze on them and I'm working on my ork army now
