So, a friend of mine recently got me hooked into 40k. I have the spare cash, so I succumbed. My first army is Blood Angels, and as I type this, I'm unpacking an order from Miniature Market. That's a lot of work ahead of me.

Anyway, I'm a 22 yr old college senior, and I graduate in May. Something tells me the new job will fuel this new fire. Before 40k, I played the Mech Warrior clix game and D&D 3.5. Unfortunately, MW didn't really gain much traction in my area and D&D faded when everyone moved off.

With that, I have a lot of homework to do (can't be failing my last fall semester). However, if you happen to be a Blood Angels player or paint a lot of red, I'd appreciate any pics you could share. I've tried several different combos on practice marines that I've read on the forums, but I haven't found one that I really like enough to paint my entire army.
