This is my first flames of war army since I'm new to FoW (I bought all of these guys from Waylandgames so it only costed me 140$) and I downloaded 'Turning the Tide' and the rule for free on pdf so I saved my self enough money to afford the army

HQ:

Company HQ, 3 Bazooka Teams-90pts

Combat Platoons:

3 Rifle Squads, 3 extra Rifle/MG squads-355pts
3 Rifle Squads, 3 extra Rifle/MG squads-355pts

Weapons Platoons:

2 MG Sections, 2 Bazooka teams-210pts
2 Mortar Sections, 2 Bazooka teams-145pts

Divisional Support:

3 M4 Sherman-360ots (2nd Armored)

I figured that nine bazooka teams would be good ATs, hopefully they can 'manage' agianst armored armies (hold them up long enough while I dig in and hold key objectives )

How will you deal with medium tank spam such as PzIV or T-34 lists or any list with tigers in it?

I would say that perhaps dropping the MG section (you have rifle/mg platoons enough for the same role, killing/penning infantry) and trying to pick up some AT guns would be a good idea. Something with longer range then the Bazooka's. At 1500 points those 3 M4's are going to die really quickly since they are the only target enemy AT will have in your list.

Some form of Recce to get your boys closer to what ever they are going to be assaulting might serve you better then the tanks. Also being able to pop up next to a heavy tank platoon and shoot some bazooka rounds into its side will really give you a better chance against enemy armor then 3 medium tanks.

The mortars probably do not need bazooka's because of their range. I would keep the mortars themselves because being able to smoke heavy tanks to force them to move will be one of your best defenses against them, or using smoke to give your boys some cover, but I would think that if you have armor getting with in 16 inches of your mortars then having points invested in giving them some bazooka's wont save you.

Yea I made a revised list. I dropped the MGs and the shermans and added another para squad and added 3 AT guns
