Just wondering I need help on this, but what do you all think so far also if you all like the fluff of it so far, shall I post some rules up?

I would use a generic ruleset if i were you, for example i read a good set called 'unbridled fury'. Design your units and armies around it. Then start cutting the rules to fit.

I would focus on the part you have a passion for which is clearly the Fluff.

Personally you lost me at steampunk though, i hate steampunk.

Thanks will look into it but for now I do have a rules on paper which are IMHO are quite good.

another thing is that im trying to avoid warhammer WHFB kind of stuff into it (as people are comparing stuff to warhammer I thought it should be noted).

the rules seem good, but i fail to understand what the coherency stat is for.

is it how close the individuals must be for a certain rule?
E.G: unstoppable WAAAGGH! from planetstrike?

What I was trying to do was show that other type of units are more fearless or stubbon (which ever you prefare) than others.

Lots of ideas and rules ideas for steampunk, forgotten worlds and altered historical universes.

GASLIGHT could also be a good set of rules to look at as well as unbridled fury. Lots of scope for adding your own ideas and concepts.
