Well it's been 2 years of on and off work but I finished my skirmish game called Dinosaur Cowboys. That's right, v1.0 is here and the core rules are finalized. I've posted a bunch of battle reports on DakkaDakka in the past as I playtested (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and have jabbered about the game for a long while. But yeah, it's finally done. Hopefully lots of people download the rules and give it a shot and have many hours of fun!

Glad to hear you'll be checking it out. Let me know how it goes even if it's many months in the future.

I'm just happy to finally have reached a point where the rules are stable. It'll kind of be weird to not have a semi-constant routine of editing the doc and playtesting though.

And I tried to work in a fanning the hammer joke or something wittier, but "give it a shot" was easier
