I haven't lived there for ~5 years now, but visit frequently.

Hit up America's Most Wanted on the corner of Washington Blvd. and Grove St. Entrance is in the back... Long wooden ramp. It's primarily a comic shop, but it's a common meeting ground for the local gamers.

Unfortunately there aren't any gaming stores in Williamsport and the closest one is in Mansfield; Everything Games. It's a straight shot up 15 North ~50 miles. This is where the 40K gamers in the area, those that care to make the drive anyway, go to.
