Out of curiosity, did the background image come from eve-online?

I dont think it did, i think it came from a screen saver you can download.

Can we have a PDF of the rules, so we can think about the logo and see if the colours run with the 'theme'?

Logo 3 and 4 seem to bring it out the best and are also IMHO the least "noisy".

3 is obviously more contrastey while 4 is monochromatic. My choice between these two would have to depend on whether the game and rules and theme stuff will be more monochrome-undershade like The Matrix or less so.
