I don't see how. If all you want is those specific parts, then anything under the cost of buying a full box is a bonus.

Certainly there are cheaper options (like buying the box and trading off the parts you don't want)... but some people don't want the bother.

A few dollers less plus shipping pretty much equals the price of a full box in most cases.

Still, some people absolutely, positively gotta have it right now, I guess.
