wasn't a thread for this so I'll make one.
Who else is playing UMVC3 and if you are what Characters are you using?
I've tried a bunch of different teams, but the only character I've really liked is Ghost Rider, so I'm looking at how everyone meshes with good old Zarathos.

Hooray Phoenix Wright and Rocket Racoon.
But I really want that game. I want to find a new anchor for my team.

None of my old teams stuck with my like they used to
I used to run (pre UMVC3) either Ama/Taskmaster/Dante(team button mash) or She-hulk/Hulk/Pheonix( Team Green eggs and Spam)
but now I'm looking at something like
Zarathos, Shuma, and Tasky or maybe Zarathos, Hawkeye, and Nova.

I've always loved the series, however I just haven't gathered the excess cash to get it in addition to other big name games that have dropped recently. Oh and also because capcom is notorious for rereleasing games now. How many street fighters are there again? Same goes for MvC3. I can't trust capcom to not release Mvc3 Ultimate X Turbo Budakai six months down the road.

They aren't that bad about it.
Street Fighter 4 only got like three forms IRRC.
SF4, SSF4, and SSF4 Arcade(DLC), released over 3-4 years.

Yeah, they really are.

Three versions over the space of two and a half years. At least those were offered as partial cost DLC. UMVC3 didn't even give people that owned the original game that option. Given their recent history, you can't fault anyone for being a bit skittish about buying a Capcom fighting game.
