So, my gaming group has kind of a on/off affair with the World of Tanks game, and we also play Flames of War. A few of us have been looking for rules to use with our large collection of tanks for FoW in more detailed skirmishes involving about 1-2 tanks per person, and also have rules for the weird experimental tanks out there, or even go into cold war era tanks.

So far, I've heard that the NUTS! rules using the Chain Reaction rules is a good set for this, since tanks are modeled somewhat detailed down to individual crew skills. They also have a campaign system where individual crew members can die or get new skills.

Are there any other good tank skirmish rules usable at 15mm scale, or at least able to be fudged for 15mm?

Check out Force on Force http://ambushalleygames.com/products/store/product/show/cid-17/name-force-on-force/category_pathway-0. From these guys http://ambushalleygames.com/ I've been hearing some good things about them. It is a miniwargame based on modern combat. You can use it for many different scales and eras
