I am looking at making a throwing weapon army, and was wondering if when you move in with a spear carrying figure does it count as charging. If it does, then I can throw daggers with my elves carrying both spears and shields.

Also, if you charge someone already in combat and you use your throwing weapon do you have to randomly determine if you are going to hit your friend as they are already in combat. Thus, good could only throw one weapon at each target even if they multi attacked him.
