I dont't think that is quite right. The Warstore has been offering an additional 5% off your total order, which brings the discount for GW stuff to 24% off.

The discount on other items depends on the particular special, but the above has been the case for a couple of years running.

Battlefoam is also running a 25% off sale.

While not a Black Friday sale, I'm also looking at Chaos Mail Order which is currently running a Holiday sale that includes GW at 25% off. They have the best GW selection (including recent finecast sets) that I've seen in an online retailer so far.
