Battlecult are proud to present Lightning Strike, a 2400pt Fantasy tournament to be held at our regular venue in the Holiday Inn Bristol.

Full details can be found in the rulespack - tickets are priced at £25for five games o[ver two days, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Judges' Choice and Players' Choice Best Army.

There are 60 places available, and while this is our first Fantasy event the organisers already have a strong pedigree over in the 40k world having run Crusade and Onslaught this year and intend to achieve that same kind of quality with all of our events regardless of system. All the usual arrangements with Cut and Thrust (a MASSIVE 25% off for all attendes!) and the Holiday Inn apply so cheap toys and cheap accommodation are on offer - check the rulespack for more details.

We're also now sponsored by KR Multicase who're offering a ton of prize support for the event - the bigger it gets the better the selection on offer so sign up now.

"KR - soft foam for figures, hard cases for soft foam!"

We look forward to seeing you!

With the addition of John MacDonald and Jan Kuipers we're up to 21 people now, over a third of the way there which is not bad at all for a new event clashing with something already well established! If your mates aren't already signed up then do make sure to mention it to them as we'd love to fill out the hall; don't forget as well that just by coming along on the weekend you're eligible for a massive 25% discount on any GW orders placed through Cut and Thrust Wargaming the full process for which is explained in the rulespack - if you're thinking about picking up anything from the rumoured Vampire release in January then this is the ideal moneysaver after Christmas.

Up to 31 now - it'd be great to get 40 of you guys in A minor rulespack update as well to confirm that we ARE using the new Vampire book.
