Hey guys,

Here are a couple of Rune Priests i've been working on the past few days. I've got my inspiration from Wolf Lord Mjolnir and Dave Taylor from www.space-wolves-grey.blogspot.com. I'm pretty happy with the way they've turned out considering its my first attempt using green stuff and i've been out of the hobby for about 5 years. The only thing i'm not big on is the fact the Force Weapons look more like Croziuses. Oh well, C&C welcomes and enjoy!

My first Rune Priest;

Heres how I made the Force Weapon, using the space wolves thunder hammer arm and crozius bit.

Making the psychic hood, idea from http://thefang40k.wordpress.com/tag/rune-priest/

File down the collar on the space marine torso.

I used the cloak off the chaos champion of warriors of chaos regiment.

Assembly.

Trimming down the shoulderpads to fit snugly, i'll have some more pics of this guy when I get the green stuff work done.

This was going to be a test model but I kinda liked the way he turned out, I basically destroyed my old black templar dreadnought, magnetised, and made him all wolfey

Tyranid claws and a bit of green stuff.

Wolfy pelt and some more green stuff.

And an idea shamelessly stolen from Justin at TSB from his Bjorn conversion, thundershield and some green stuff.

So enjoy guys, more to come and let me know what you think.

Dreadnought finished, i'm by no means what I would consider a good painter and the pics are taken with my phone. Appologies.
