Which varnish should I use/do you recommend for Flames of War? Bonus points if you name one that can also be use for 40k as well.

I use Testors spray varnish. I usually hit my miniatures with a coat of Glosscote for protection, and then a second coat of Dullcote to kill the shine. It works well for me, and I know a lot of others use similar methods. You can use it on 40k miniatures as well of course.

Testors Dull Cote is the best I have ever used -- I love it.
