so er hi all!

Im Tam, ive been modelling for about 25 or so years, mostly airfix kits and the like, but i decided to move into warhammer last year. I started painting Cadian troops as a starter for 10, and have just started on my first vehicle, the valkyrie (see image below)

I decided to go with the RAF Actic Sea-King camo scheme, because errrrr i like it and, also, as camo schemes go, its pretty effective at its job (breaking up the shape of the body it is designed to camouflage)

I have done also, some cadian troops in arctic kit, the new "multi-cam" (which incidentally turned out pretty bad as far as likeness to the actual pattern go) and the old british style temperate camouflage pattern, which turned out amazingly well, and pretty acurate.

i will, of course post more pics as i take them (i only have a pretty pants iphone camera, so the quality will be pretty poor) of the valkyrie as it progresses and completes, and of course any other projects i take on

hope you enjoy as much as i have doing it so far!

I mean... like SO many positive waves... maybe we cant lose!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...
