Go to picresize and resize it to fit inside 120x120. I think that should fix it.

Its a tiny bit too big 143px × 107px. Have you tried picresize.com? I don't think you'll get in trouble for the size it is now but i'm not sure how strict the moderators are. I was under the impression there was software to prevent image that were too big from being uploaded in the first place.
