Question for any interested moderator:

Now that P& blogs show up on the front page randomly, if I click into it and it seems awesome, is it OK to say so, or do normal Threadcromancy rules apply?

Well i'm obviously not a mod, but I would really say it depends how old it is.... a month or two is fine, but if its like a year old or so... let sleeping dogs lie.

The threadnomancy rules are somewhat releaxed in the P&M sections. We like to keep the Tutorials alive for as long as people are interested in them, and there's certainly nothing wrong with drawing attention to an old thread with awesome models in it.

Keep in mind though that if it hasn't been updated in a while, you might not be likely to get a response form the original poster, and we may still lock it if it looks like sidelining other projects that are actually being currently updated.
