Don't have to be fully painted and proxies are okay
Avatars allowed but you must be very familiar with their rules and have an easy way for your opponent to see their rules (stat card or book). In other words, I don't want you to show up with an avatar proxy and "try him out" having never played a game with it. If you slow the game down excessively because of the avatar you may be restricted from using it for the remainder of the tournament.
