I made a group for 40k players in Barrie Angus area looking to play with older people.....Sir Games allot seems to be just for the kiddies so I'm going to start having games at my house on saturday nights.......lets do it and get this show organized........



p.s.keep painting and assembling...things are getting crazy!

OOPS! the group is on Facebook......kinda important me thinks....oh yah I have a 1500pt blood angels army....1500pt nids fully painted(you might have seen it at astronomicon last year) and Im currently working on a huge necron phalanx........post pics of your armies on the group pls...if you got them.

Ah darn, Barrie is a bit too far away from Brantford. Well if you every wanna game we can plan this ahead of time, will do a trip once in a blue moon.

Yeah, it'd be nice to have a crowd up here that you could actually enjoy a beer with during a game; sadly the crownies over at Vince's come nowhere near the requirements for such an affair. During the better months of the year I wouldn't mind the occasional trip to Vaughn... around now I pretty well hide in my man cave and scheme.

Hi there! I just joined dakka dakka and saw your post. I'm located in barrie and just got back into 40k. I havent played since 2nd edition and seems to be all young kids at sir games a lot. I have 1500 pionts of dark eldar so i'm good to go.

Hey, I'm located in Barrie and was really hoping for a group to play some games with! I've recently gotten back into the hobby and was building an army of Eldar. If I had a community to get involved with it would give me the push I need to finish them. Also I enjoy the wargaming facet of the hobby more than the modelling so opponents would be great.

Hey, I'm 3 hours away in Kingston but I wouldn't mind driving the whole way on occasion, and I'm hoping some other people from closer my see this anyhow. I'm re-starting FoW and Fantasy (and I'd love to play 40k if the group can let me play a spare army for the day), and my schedule is pretty empty at the moment (I'm american and I won't have a work visa for 6 weeks or more), so I'm free to game a lot of the time.

Hello, Im located just outside Barrie (In minesing). Weve got a good group of gamers that play at the gamers lair every saturday, mostly younger guys but some mature ones. Theres also a group that play every wednesday at the lair, mostly older guys there. Check out the 'Eternal warriors' FB group for warhammer players located in and around Barrie.
