There's Blackwater Gulch. I believe someone on these forums is an active member in the creation of the ruleset and planning the miniatures.
I forget who exactly, but it's the user with the Xenomorph-Carnifex as their avatar; contact them for more info, I've never played it.

If you're into Western-ish Fantasy, there's Malifaux. The entire Guild faction consists of Cowboy lawmen (Lady J), Cowboy wizards (S. Criid), "Wild Wild West" Steampunk (C. Hoffman), and Mexican Mercenaries (The Ortegas). The gameplay is also loosely reminiscent of Deadlands.

If you're strictly looking for "wild west," then you should check out Blackwater Gulch.

If you like "Wierd West," victorian fantasy, steampunk and a bit of gothic horror, the Malifaux may be the right game for you... Lord knows their miniatures are beautiful.

Black Water Gulch is good.

Also consider Gut Shot: http://www.hawgleg.com/pageMaster.asp?PageID=1

and The Rules With No Name. These can be bought via Foundry in a gorgeous hard cover version, but are also somewhere as a free download. You can get the hard cover via Amazon, or wait for one of the Foundry 50% off sales... http://wargamesfoundry.com/books/wargames_rule_book/any/any/rules_with_no_name_fp018/?sector_id=
