I am looking for a good miniatures based war-game that reflects air combat in WW2 with one to a few planes per side.

Bonus points for:
-Free online rules
-Quick and easy to play
-Percentage dice!
-Miniatures I can paint
-Options to make rules for planes not already covered (I would like to do some hypothetical 1946 style dogfights)
-Bombing and fighting

Thanks!

My gaming group is planning to start up a game called Sturmovik Commander.

Apparently it's based on the old Forgeworld Imperium Aeronauticus rules, but modified to be its own separate game.

I really don't know much about it, but all my friends seemed to like the game its based on.

You can use 1:300 planes as well, they're tiny, but cheap because of that and they fit on the table.

Cool! I just downloaded Sturmovik Commander rules, and it looks like a fun game! I might have a winner, thanks!
