Subject: Soundtracks that make you nostalgic for games...
For me? Well today it's definitely Medal of Honor: Frontline, if I had my PS2 with me I'd go and play through it right now, now that I've been stupid enough to listen to the soundtrack again
But it's not just old games that invoke nostalgia, I think Crysis 2 has a splendid sountrack:
But since when has Hans Zimmer ever gotten anything wrong?
How about you, other Dakkaites? What games do you want to play again just from listening to their soundtracks?

It isn't even remotely related to the game, but hearing "The Sky Was Pink" by Nathan Fake immediately makes me think of a specific level from Ratchet: Deadlocked.
And then I remember how much fun I had playing that game.

I thought of another one, If I hear any songs from the album "Surfing The Void" by The Klaxons, I immediately think of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, because I got both of them at the same time as a reward for my GCSE results.
And then spent the remaining fortnight of the summer holidays playing the game whilst listening to the album on repeat.
Nostalgic? PS1 startup, definitely. Pokemon Blue/Red startup theme. Crash Bash theme. Some of the MW2 music is great. Jak 2 Haven city theme as well. Some of the soundtrack to Tony Hawks pro skater 2...
I need to get a working PS2. Now.
