After having received the latest moria and angmar sourcebook I am becoming more and more hooked on the use of Gulhavar. While I do appreciate he can be brittle, with his huge movement, strength and regen rules, he is one mean mutha . So I am trying to incoporate him in a mean list that in a way is quite an elite army.

Warband one:

Gulhavar
Cave Troll
2 Spectre's
3x Orc Trackers
5x Orc with spear

Warband two:

Orc Shaman
Orc with standard bearer
6x Orc with sheild
3x Orc with 2h weapon
3x Orc Tracker

500pts, BP is 13

My trouble is splitting the army into the two warbands, to get a good ratio it's hard especially with the inclusion of trackers as there is no point having the spears separate from the shields, should I get shot (edit: see what I did there ) of them and add another spectre and a few more orcs??

The general plan is that I use a standard block formation with the orcs, bearer and shaman and 2 spectre's hidden while using the troll, the last spectre and gulhavar threateningly. I have chosen the shaman over the captain due to fury and my model count.

Last of all, I will be expanding this to 700pts so what should I add?? I was thinking more spectres and if not include trackers here, include them in 700pts.

Thoughts all???
