So, I've a 600 points tournament, and this is the list I'm gonna use. Tell me what you think.

Thranduil = 90
Wood elves x 12 = 144
(4 x Bows, cloaks) (4 x Swords, daggers) (4 x Spears, daggers)

Legolas + (cloak, armor) = 105
Ghaladrim x 12 = 116
(4 x Bows) (4 x Spears, shield) (4 Swords)

Ghaladrim Capt + (armor) = 70
Wood elves x 6 = 72
(2 x Bows, cloaks) (2 x Swords, daggers) (2x Spears, daggers)

TOTAL: 597p.

I was thinking in add a dagger to one of the wood elves with bows, or change the ghaladrim capt. for a wood one.

Had you considered switching all of your bows to one warband? Then you could have one warband for shooting and one for combat. Rather than okay shooting across them all.

I believe that with the new warband rules, the max number of bows in the army is based per warband, not overall. up to 30% of each warband may have bows.

Yes, but again, there are new force composition rules, otherwise known as warbands.

It's actually done across the whole army. If an army is made up from one list such as pure wood elves or pure durin folk etc you only do it per warband when you army is made up of contingents from different lists such as Mordor and Isenguard in the same army. Then each contingent can only have 33% of their warriors with bows.
